The Protocol Library is an open, searchable repository of downloadable and configurable protocols for lab automation on Opentrons robots. Within the library, researchers can find protocols for a wide range of scientific workflows, including nucleic acid extraction, NGS library prep, protein purification, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
At the moment the Opentrons Protocol Library is probably the best collection of automated scripts you can find and with the Flex, we’ll be able to see that grow. A new engineer could learn a lot from just reading those scripts.

Verified protocols have undergone rigorous testing by Opentrons’ scientists and our reagent partners. The Opentrons Protocol Library fosters open science and collaborative validation of research.
